I had worked in a Company for more than 6 years and left it in July last year. Now for so many months the employer is not paying my due Gratuity. Please replly what steps can I take against the employer.

Mind well before taking steps that the Gratuity Act is applicable to your establishment. Gratuity Act is applicable to all establishments, where number of employees are 10 or more in any day of the preceding 12 months.
