I just wanted to know that what is the use of form no.5 & 10 in the PF Withdrawal procedure,,
As in the office of PF they asking for the same.
Another thing how many forms i will have to submit for withdrawal of PF

Dear Ajay,
when employee joined in organization we have to submit Form no.5 & 10 with monthly return. Form 5 showing new joined information in previous month. Form 10 showing employees left information in previous month. PF office match data with form 3A.

Form 3A is annual return submit in pf office in duration of APR to MAY with form 6.
when you have received claim form from left employee then you have to submit form 3A ,5 & 10 with claim form.
