Dear Malini Rajan,
It's necessary for yourself that first you complete your Graduation, after successfully completion of Graduation you can apply for MBA. As per your query regarding distance MBA have value because you are working, but be clear that It'll depend on your knowledge, Experience and Skills.
Wish you a bright future.
Thanks & Regards

No for MBA / PGDBM you have to be a graduate. You may, however, join BBA which is a bachelors degree in Business Administration. This may be a good option Munshi

Hi friend,

First of all be clear that "you and you alone can add value" to your potential or your qualification or your personality....I have come across people who despite best academic background from a reasonably reputed B-school fail to deliver the needed outcome at times. It is your exposure to various activities of an dept./organisation, your maneourability, your sense of judgement are the essential for effectively performing....However, a formal professional qualification has its own role to play in grooming one's own career, a judgement between good and bad etc.,,,MBA in your case certainly helps, if you study the subject, with reasonable hardwork and quest for knowledge and perfection....a formal qualification in my opinion would not serve the purpose....where, you study MBA is least important than how you study...nevertheless, if you manage to get seat in a regular college, it is always good....

Finish all your backlog papers in graduation and learn the art of knowing how to make use of best of your time and potential available.

I wish you goodluck.

Dear Srinivas,
I fully endorse your statement/comment. It is the person who manages the show and not the qualification. Acquiring the qualifications may be sometimes difficult for some people for the reasons other than their knowledge but many other issues like family, finance, etc.
But the knowledge quest should be always high for any person who want to make thing differently.
your remarks are commendable......
Hope MaliniRaajan also a person who has enough quest for challenging jobs.......All the best to her.....
