need to know on which particular issue you summoned for 7-A enquiry. This enquiry venue is generally any/area Assistant Commissioner's office. This seeting is generally held in presence of PF Enforcement officer & Employer representative and the Ast Commissioner pf. PF commissioner will be enquiry officer having powers of Civil Courts to summon and compel the witneses to attend the enquiry. In this process generally Afffidavits are to be given as Evidence/statements and counbter affidavits and objections later on. After adequate sittings enquiry report will come over.
