HI,
My name is Kenneth and I need some insights here.
My org has been promoting and using Coaching as one of key methods ofperformance improvement. Me and my team have played a very critical role in the training and development of the coaching skill and the coaching competency.
IT s been over 2 years now since we have been running the show. But as all good things eventually slow down, so has this.
the top Brass want it to be running forever, hence I want to do something that will keep the coaching engine chugging for a long time.

I need help form any one who has done a GAP analysis or usability or Impact analysis on coaching.

I need to find out where is it that coaching isnt working? what behaviours are not conducive etc etc...
If any one has any questionnaires or any kind of an SOP doc that will help me, it would be wonderful.
