If We set the Rule Regarding Leave that
1) Company will calculate leave From Jan to Dec
2) Leave cant allowed in probation period (6 Month)
Then
if employee complete 6 month in September or inbetween the years then
employee will be eligible to avail leave (PL/EL)?????????[/B]

2. You can give the sick and causal leave on below calculations
if Sick Leaves=5, and if causal leave =5
5/12= 2.5
you can allow your satff total 5 leaves in probation period also,
3. PL or E leaves are not allowed in probation period.
4. Make it flexible in PL/EL also
if person is completed probation in the midst of period, please find the simpale calculations below

incase of 1 - Employee will not have any leaves at the time of confirmation
Incase of 2 - Employee is getting the credit of 1.25 every month but not allowed to take the leave. So Employee will have 6*1.25=7.5 leave balance and he/she can start using them after the confirmation.
