I resigned from my last company on 3rd September'12. It was mandatory to serve my notice period of 45 days. Hence my last working day was 17 Oct'12. But I have not yet received my salary for the month of September and October'12. I have mailed to the HR and asked for an acknowledgement of my mail but they have not yet given me any acknowledgement regarding my mails after my resignation. On my last day the HR asked me to sign a no dues certificate to release my relieving letter. I wrote a note on that certificate that I have not yet received my salary for the month of September and october'12. Please tell how to claim my salary, my PF and procedure for full and final settlement for the state of New Delhi.
Should i ask for PF before the settlement of my last salary?

Hi,
Approcha ta right person in the copmany. Put your case and get the F&F done.
You can not ask PF before the settlement. As per the Act PF can be withdrawn only when you are not joining any copmany where PF is applicable. Once the PF memebr is always a PF member. You have to give the declaration of the same.
