Hi Shelly,
Can u little more clear about the Amount and Actuals, i mean what is the difference of amount betwen the two(It that because only 18 working days). And what about the ESI deduction in the Deduction column, is that you have not added coz the total is more rs 10,000. Also mention which is the gross so that it will be more clear for the employees.

Dear Shelly.
Please incorporate
1. PF No. and EPS No. ( if separate One)
2. Net Pay in Words
3. If the payment is by way of Cheque or Cash then ?
4. No need of Date of Joining
5. No need to give standard rate of Employee except Basic Rate
6. Date of printing Payslip
8. Transfer details of salary such as bank and date of Payment
9. Opening balance of Leaves, leave availed ( Already Care taken by you), balance leaves ( This will take care of Factory Act - You have take exemption against compliance )
10. If employees are placed at Multilocation then Location
11. Even you can give payroll - HelpDesk Nos. for any query from employee
12. Decision on Pre-printed etc..
As such there is no standard format. My reply is based on whatever Experience in this field.

Hi,
Yes you need to mention ESI and PF no and i would suggest you to mention how many days of pay is being cut for any employee for absentism, instead of mentioning how many days he was present. That will make him to understand in a better way.

Hi Everyone,
I have gone through all the payslips that you all have posted, thanks for the same. But I am sorry to say that none of them served my needs. All samples look like a typical receipt kind template. I am looking for a payslip format that looks like a letter kind, simple but elegant.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
