Posting a job on portal is not difficult. You would need an id and password to enter the recruiter's zone of a portal which would be provided to you by your organization.
There would be a link for job posting, on which you click, you have to fulfill various fields such as -
Job Title
Job Description
Company Name
CTC offered
Relevant experience
Candidate profile
Min Education, etc
Pls Note all the details would be provided by your organization, so chill.
Just relax and wait for your first day. I'm sure your organization would provide you this basic training. :-)

Make sure you have JD of the profile for which you are going to post or search . This will help to analyze and post accordingly. One of the key for successful posting is keywords. You have to think as Job seeker who will be looking for job. what keyword he will use in the portals.
