Its really educative order, and thanks very much of Advocate & subscriber who made their efforts to put on records for other subscribers to learn and record of their reference.
In my opinion, no court should allow these type of penal damages by the government agencies which are more than Banking overdraft rates to the industry. If there are industries, there are jobs for middle class. And industry must get reprieve from such bureaucracy. Because of government apathy there are unemployment in large scale for which even state governments are also suffering in the nature of their share of revenue. We should learn lessons from China etc countries.
