Dear SSM,
I think if you use Research button you will get enough data on tool box talk.
In nut shell tool box talk is ...
1. The talk is organised before starting the work.
2. All employees are communicated the hazards.
3. All are instructed about the operation controls and PPEs to be used.
4. The suggestions from employees are also taken into consideration.
5. This is a standing meeting for 5 to 10 minutes at the work place.
6. This has been effective in reducing the accidents severity and frequency rates
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
