It is a wonderful presentation, which gives glimpse on employee attrition and ways to track it earlier and try to resolve. Thank you for sharing such a nice presentation.
Attrition rate in India actually increasing year to year; now we have observed that hygiene factors like appreciation and recognition take over monetary factors like incentive system and paying overtime for higher level of employee group. Still monetary factor is a big tool to resolve attrition in certain trades.
Once again thank you Mr. Chaitanya for sharing this informative presentation

hI,
ONE OF THE MAJOR REASON FOR ATTRITION IS MANY LEAVE LOOKING FOR GREEN PASTURES.
I have seen many keep changing their jobs every one or two years with the sole intention of getting higher pay packets. Those who indulge in this exercises I have a word of suggestion. These people should remember that a "ROLLING STONE GATHERS NO MASS" So it is not a good idea to change a job too often for salary alone. There are many things which are more important and valuable than money. The younger generation should realize this.
Please remember this is only a piece of suggestion. Members can accept or reject this. I leave it to your discretion.

2. Salary Details/Statement is not given to the confirmed employee
3. Confirmed employee can be terminated for non performance
