Dear Karthik ji,
I have seen some establishments give 5 casual leave in a year, some give 7. I have even seen some establishments are giving nil casual leave and give 30 leave in a year without specifying the type of leave.
I have a question to all hr members, how the different establishments give different quantum of leave? What is the Law?
Discussion in this Thread may be enlightening to all of us. But my appeal to all, while discussing please be sure before it.
Thanks and regards.

Hi All
Please find the attached standard leaves, there may be slight changes as per acts and sectors.
Practically it is not possible to follow all rules and regulations but it is mandatory atleast 80%.
In India many companies they will pay PF to 20-30 employees even they have 300-400 under 6500 Basic Sal.
More than 75 % companies are uneducated propreitors driven companies/Units/establishments.
Interesting part is that MNC companies who are establishing in India they are respecting our statutory and they are strictly adhering all rules and regulations.
If Hyderabad is taken more than 295000 establishments are registered under PF. 1 PF commissioner, 4 Asst. Comm, 4 Dy. Comm and 25 enforcement officers, can they cover all areas and inspect It's not at all possible even if they found they will take bribe and close the issue.
Cyber towers is the land mark of Hyderabad there are more than 100 S/W companies and many companies regional and corporate offices are occupied and 25% of companies doesn't have statutories.
So what i mean to say is companies will frame rules as per their requirements and it should be implemented, If we doesn't like then quit and join another company.
