Hi... I presently work in Tech Mahindra but I am planning to leave my job.. actually I am in trainning period itself and just comnpleted 2 months into my training but I am not lyking it and as my ultimate aim is to try for civil services.. I am planning to leave this job after 2 months. But the problem is that I have signed a bond of 2 years or 1lac.. so what happens if I leave the job within the bond period.. Do they send people to recover money or do they file court cases against me or my surety(my mother in this case).. Kindly reply in a little deatil.. As I don\'t want to remain in the IT field any more so I don\'t want any experience certificate or anthing as such.. just want to make sure that any legal notices are not filed against me and I am not forced to pay the Rs. ! lac as the bond amount.. Kindly help if u have any experience better still if sumone from Tech Mahindra can answer but others are also welcome.. thanks in advancerr
