The topic is " Format for canteen contract". In between Mr Ambarish has used it for his commercial use with no connection of the thread whatsoever. My request is not to use this forum for commercial purposes.
Regarding contract Kusuma you are giving following to the contractor:-
(a) Utensil & other items on loan /Returnable basis.
(b) 36 Gas cylinders
(c) 85 % amount of sale of coupens.
(d) Full fledged wages for 13 worker.
(e) Additional Rs 58000/
(f) Service tax/VAT Plus Rs 2247/
Have you calculated the economy? Isn't it better to employ a supervisor & run the canteen yourself?
