B. Which types of leaves are en-cashable & what are the conditions of leave encashment in general? Please explain with example?
C. For leave purpose generally Annum refers to Calendar Year (1st Jan-31st Dec) or Financial Year (1st Apr-31st Mar)?

A) i)7 casual and 7 medical leave for 1 year
ii) one earn leave for every 20 working days
B) every Earn leave in for encasement generally required 240 working days in calander year for person. and paid before 31 jan of next year
C) calendar year must be refer 1 jan to 31 dec
