Hi,
What is the current pay scale for HR in the current scenario i.e.2012? How are the pay levels defined for each role I mean for HR Co-ordinators, HR Executives, HR Managers and HR Directors and what is the % of jump for each role. Please put your thoughts.

And pay scale is depends upon the company policies and procedures and we have to fix the scale as pet candidates negotiation round and also we have to taken into consideration candidature skills and qualifications ,and previous emplotment salary, experience,if experienced. It is vary from company to company and size of the firm.

Pay scale is matter of Govt organizations, and not for private firms it is vary from company to company and it will changing as per norms of the companies. And the pay scale will be decided by the management as per policies & procedures of the company and also have to taken in into consideration required skills, qualifications, experience etc...
