I have gone through the specimen of appointment letter given by Mr.Vishram.It is an excellent one except that it is silent about consequences for pre-mature termination of contract by the employer.Normally, in most of such type of contracts, there is a common clause that it can be terminated by either side by 1/3 months notice or 1/3 months pay in liue thereof.But in your specimen,you have stated the penalty payable in case of pre-mature termination of contract by the employee only.
