Dear Suryadeep,
You can transfer your previous company PF account in current company.
or You can withdraw your epf amount by filling Form 19 and 10 C attested through the manager of your Bank. But remember bank manager have to verify that He knows you. So show your little approach.
If above things does not meet your condition then give me your previous or current company detail

Dear Suryadeep
You just fill the Form 10C and Form 19, attach your Bank Pass book First Page xerox copy, your Experience Certificate (to validate your Joining date and relieving date) some address proof, get the same attested with your branch Bank Manager, hand over the same to the nearest RPF Office. Take the acknowledgement from them after due check.
Do not forget to endorse your Mobile Number on the top of the Form 10C and Form 19.
As your case is very old, you must attach an affidavit duly attested by Notary.

Hi,
I have question on the same matter..
Keeping all the conditions same and along with if below mentioned problem also appear then whats the solution.
If the bank account is closed, which is used during job period in the company, then how to claim further.
In my case, I have pf account no. and the company shifted to somewhere else which i don't know the address. The account was with city bank and now i don't have that account and it is deactivated long back. Now you want me to go with the present bank account or they need the same bank account in which salary used to get credited?
Kindly Reply
