Dear Raju,
First and foremost, while raising the query business etiquette demand disclosure of basic information like nature of your company, industry, where your company is located (it appears to be in Goa) your designation, your role in the company etc.
Employment of Apprentices is under the provisions of Apprentice Act 1961. You can download PDF file of this act from Google. Later I recommend you visiting Employment Exchange of your area and obtain more information from the Employment Officer. Later you need to do register your company. Number of apprentices to be appointed will be decided by the Employment Officer.
If your company is registered under Shops and Establishment Act then I recommend not to get into registration. Though Apprentice Act does not differentiate according to the company registration either under Shops and Establishment Act or Factory Act, it is more driven by latter.
However, if yours is a factory then you may go ahead with the registration. Today's Apprentices are tomorrow's workers. Employment apprentices will ensure steady stream of workers.
Ok...
