Dear Sir,
One your employee worked 10 years of service, he cannot withdraw the pension amount fully. Only he will get monthly pension. If he crosses 50 years only he can get reduced pension at present. For that he has to submit Form 10D together with bank pass book xerox. If he is now below 50, he has submit Form 10C and he will get Scheme Certificate. This scheme certificate he has to submit along with Form10D after attaining the age of 50.
