Dear All,
In my company, we already have a consultant who handles all the statutory matters related to employees. I have joined this company recently and I was shocked to know that we don't have scope of work defined for this guys and not even formal contact.
Please help me how should i make Formal contract and what should be his exclusive scope of work.
