Dear Sir, I am new to CITEHR. I am working as an HR Executive who recently joined a Civil Construction Company. The company has terminated their subcontractor responsible for executing this work, leading to the subsequent termination of the contract. Now, the management wants to terminate some employees who were engaged by our company. I need to prepare a Termination Letter for the employees, citing the reason that the company is currently facing a financial crisis.

Could you kindly provide me with a Termination Letter Format? This is of an urgent nature.

Dear Harish, Do not terminate their services. Call them to HR Department and tell them to put up letter of resignation. Asking employee to resign is always safe bet. DVD
