I am working in a NGO for more then 10 years. Earlier the nature of appointment was on contract term for 3 years. From past one year the management has been issuing contract letters for 6 months to 3 months due to the constraints in receiving funds from our partners. There is a talk in the management circle to reduce the staff strength. If a staff is retrenched can he/she claim compensation kindly advice
