Hi Kavya What ever the policies of organisation it applies for all. HR is not exempted from those policies. Even HR is employee of the organisation and should oblige. :)

Kavya, if you wanna know the rules for HR, meant to be for functioning HR department are different then function for an whole Organization.
For example :
for effective working and maintaining a system for organization comes with formulating policies (Rules & Regulations for people at work under Organization) is a work of HRD but about rules for HRD varies with their work and responsibilities such as Labour Laws and Payment of wages Act for computation of Salary & Wages and many more.
About restriction to attend calls make no sense but & use social web sites depends on Organization internal norms and policies. Few Organization are not allowing employees to use Social sites but other have nothing likes.

There is one employee who is not following HR rules, she is not informing Hr for late coming or leave she is always reaches directly to CEO for all this Approval in spite of repeatedly verbal warning & even not wearing ID cards...so which actions should i take against her.
Pls give me format of warning email so that i can send her...

"You can take disciplinary action against her if you found her disobeying organization rules /ethics as per your Policy. "
Is she direct reporting to CEO?
Well the rule is rule and all employees need to follow the same, no matter any employee is reporting to CEO, Director or a Manager/supervisor.
Second, if she is reporting to CEO and her OD/Late Comings are getting approved by CEO and he has no complaints, there is no need to react on this but need to do your duty only.

You shall simply inform him in written stating as per management decision your work location is changed from site to office.
As per company policies your salary structure shall change and the structure is as follows
(Enclose structure)
Even other benefits shall change as per the policies
