Thanks for posting the presentation.
The use of graphic makes it look very presentable. The content though seems to lack focus. I guess its one of those presentations where 90% of the knowledge is imparted and transfered by the presenter - the ppt then only serves as a reference.
TNA is a sensitive topic. Though this presentation has looked at various ways of analysing training needs in an organization, it also makes a desperate attempt to give solutions - even before the problem is fully explained :-)
My rating, if it matters, < 5 out of 10. Keep posting though.
As a basic approach its does a good job.
