In auto sector labour originated issues are more...so firstly women should trained with grievance handling.then go for other trainings like presentation skills,leadership qualities.
mostly in auto sectors males are more dominated thats y women loose their confidence,so try to give them that king of training which can increase their confidence level so that they can create winning working environment.

It is all about why should we do a particular job. there are another programmes on "change", "teamwork" and for women , it is "work-life balance". These programmes have been very successful all over. The nature of motivational programme would depend upon the end result you are looking for at the end of the training.
The obvious requirement could be that you need employees motivated to perform better.If that is your requirement then also some info on the productivity levels would be required and further has any analysis been done for the lack of motivation.
Instead of giving general views and general motivation programme(which you can always find easily on the net & don't need any expert help) I am asking for above because my view is that before starting on any training structure it is best to have background information first

training program when it is done should be having a purpose to achieve which can be in terms of functional or skill building process
most of the programs which fellow cite hr professional have mentioned are good one to do work one
apart from the above program you can have motivational talks organized by few of the union leaders who have successfully managed their workman's in industry also you can have video sessions of motivational movies on team building, few games which will help building rapport building within then entire group of workmen's class
implement Quality circles with in- coordination with your plant manager and their supervisor, assign task which would make them feel the work their doing is of value and not just a coordination job; have an internal growth plan for this workers their by motivating them to go on to the next level.
