What inferences can we draw about the Organisation with respect to its Culture and Climate and HR philosophy?
From India, Coimbatore
Hi Uma,
HR philosophy is not common now-a-days across the world. It varies from company to company according to the culture of the organization, industrial climate (availability of work force - many companies now become lenient to retain their work force - especially in textile industry).
Therefore, one HR philosophy is now felt common - retain the workforce by any means and never lose the trained ones.

Hi Anjali,

My daughter was very particular and set a goal to become a lecturer which she achieved and worked in Sastra University,

Thanjavur before she got married.

It is a very honorable profession ideally suited for women. Adult training is little difficult than training the children in schools.

First thing, you have to maintain a balance in your relationship with the students - be friendly with them and at the same time see that they do not cross the limit. You have to enjoy the moral respect with them and command it. Teens and adults always identify themselves with peer group and hence a lecturer should treat them as friends.

As suggested by me, my daughter would commence her classes with a general topic (mostly the current one) and finish the class ten min early again to have an open house for answering questions from the students on and off the subject as well.

A teacher with abundant knowledge and willingness coupled with genuine love to share the same with the students for their benefit will always be loved so much by the students.

I once craved for this job and God has made me an NLP Trainer that I take classes even for the teaching staff in schools and colleges.

Wishing you all the best,

Ganesh Ramachandran

Anjali,
When the question is asked, you must know whether the same is asked with genuine intention (that is to know the answer) or just to tease you. Whether the question has any relevance to the subject you handle or topic you initiated is also another point to be looked in.
If you know the answer reply and if you don't, please appreciate the questioner and assure him/her with a smile that you would get the answer when you get to know. Never indulge in condemning the student or discourage.
All the best dear,
Ganesh Ramachandran
