as per as my knowledge is concerned, and the flow chart shown in my presentation posted earlier, all state pollution boards has to follow the directives of MOEF.
if it is related to rules & act, then you have to follow MOEF directives. any specific rules pertaining to the state, can be obtained from the office of regional pollution board.
