HEllo,
If in case some body is getting free accomodation from company, and HRA is also mentioned in CTC then how to convience new employer during interview?
So that is, Total CTC + Accomodation?
Also, There is no Accomodation proof unless & Untill it is to be verified, but in ertain pvt. Ltd. Co. there is no process of verification...
Kindly guide on the same...
Thanks & Reg's

hi Sangani,
Below in Note:- Company will mention as in the last page:- HRA will be paid if Company is unable to provide accommodation as per company HRA policy subject
Verification:- Checking where employee is staying
These are the process of HRA.

hi Sangani,
Below in Note:- Company will mention as in the last page:- HRA will be paid if Company is unable to provide accommodation as per company HRA policy subject both cannot be paid as per rules of HRA , hra will be rejected since he is given accommodation by the company(as per taxable rules in taxation)
As you are telling that Co. is paying HRA in CTC + Accomodation.. ( If it is possible Co.. is giving extra benefits to Employees)
yes co. can check where employee is staying through admin officer/admin department.

Yes it is the case...By ref. of top management Accomodation has been provided..
Now If new employer does not hane policy of ref. Check then how one should convience at interview desk?
Means CTC + Accomodation ?
Shall one can included Hra In his new co. rather then accomodation in his expectation?
For Eg. Current CTC in ABC co. is 20000 pm. (including HRA) + This accomodation (extra benifit) + according to Co. policy movie ticket upto Rs. 1000 pm.
Now in XYZ co. can demand for 20000+1000+Round about 4000 (in place of accomodation) + 30% hike?and in april he will get increment too(exceptional)
Total 25000 + 30% hike ..
Can employee demand for captioned?

Sangani,
For Eg. as you told Current CTC in ABC co. is 20000 pm. (including HRA) + This accomodation (extra benifit) + according to Co. policy movie ticket upto Rs. 1000 pm.
Now in XYZ co. can demand for 20000+1000+Round about 4000 (in place of accomodation) + 30% hike?and in april he will get increment too(exceptional). See that no two companies have same policy and even you cannot compare companies & demand in your way it is absolute wrong. Only one thing i mean to say you can ask CTC +30 % hike which is right thing
Total 25000 + 30% hike ..
Can employee demand for captioned?

But if person is getting extra benifit then why he will leave his ABC co.?
So if in case XYZ co. is ready to accept this then only it would be fare enough to change his current co.
In nut shell, he is eligible for some thing more than what he is getting...

U can demand more by CTC + 30 % hike that is what i mean to say but donot apply rules of one company to another company that is what i am saying. You will change your job when you get more hike may be 30% or 40 % hike and depends upon the location & position.

first of all, it is not for me,but one of employee who is demanding according to caption.
so after lots of negotiation we are offering some extra compensation becz he is getting all benifits in his previous co.
Thanks for discussing this matter with me in detail.
Really appretiate your courtesy & time..
Thanks & Reg's,
