In your first massage you said that you are looking to peruse P.hd in HR but later you said you are asking for IIT Management course.
Dear i just wanna say that you need to recognize your actual need according to your aim and career goals. IIT and HR are two different program and Phd is not just a simple course but much more which has enormous value.
It required strong knowledge of a subject, requires uphill struggle, skills and best understanding of the concept of a subject which can never be archived by distraction which is showing your two different statements here.
Hope you will get my point and decide what is good and best for you..
