I am doing my MBA HR and im involved in my project work. My project is about safety measure an training. I have just started my project. I have not yet framed the objective itself. I am doing the project in a Excel industry packaging pv. ltd.company where around 875 employees work. Please help me to start my project. Please suggest what objective can i set for my project.
