3) No of Employees List with date of joining
4) Power bill Recipt
5) Sales Tax recipt

2. if gross salary is lessthen the 6500/month then pf is calculated as per basic or gross. (basic = 4200 allowance: 1800)

PF is calculated as below:
1. Always on Basic + DA. It cannot be less than the minimum wages. If Basic is Rs.4200 then 12% of 4200 would be the PF contribution.
2. If Basic + DA is more than Rs.6500 then you have an option to limit the amount to Rs.6500 or whole of Basic. Hence, either deduct on Rs.6500 or on Rs.8000 as per the company's decision.
