It is really easy to find a Teacher but tough to find a Guru. In India our history states that there were more number of Gurus and less number of Teachers. But it is in reciprocal state now. Moreover even the Teachers are moving apart from their profession. Rather considering themselves to be in noble profession, it seems to be for them to accept this position only for their livelihood or there was no other option left.

Dear sharmakgk,
Thanks for the presentation you have shared.......
Guru is always a supreme Master.
Well said by somebody......
Teacher first teach the things and then takes the Exam.........
Guru first takes the Exam and then gives the teaching..........

Very, Very nice. It reminded me of a saying- "Education is the kindling of a soul, not the filling of a vessel"- A Teacher instructs, A guru constructs, A Teacher is a guide on the path, A guru is a pointer to the way- Real Education is all about drawing out what is already in(Latin meaning of the word Educere) instead of stuffing facts- Make your passion your profession(Work prisoners and students).
Great Stuff. Keep it up
