Dear Shalu,
there are 2 option.
1. You can get the exemption from PF
2. you can deduct 780/- from the employee salary and contribute 780 from employer side.(Making 6500/- as the wage ceiling , i.e, 12% 0f 6500 is 780/- )

Ok
Sir If we take exemption from pf then what is the formalities of returns I mean what are the process or forms for monthly returns , Annual Returns etc.
Please guide me the forms numbers which we have to sent EPFO office,

Dear Sunil,
In my assessment, this is the total gross salary, and PF is deducted only on Basic Salaries, you may fix basic salary from 50% to 80% of 6656/- amount, and then deducted 12% of that amount.

Yes ...Sunil I agree with Sarveshra....you may be confused with basic and minimum wages...you must prepare salary break up as per your company policy. Manish Bali Manager - HR/IR Jindal group of Cos.

Dear manish & Sarvesh,
Minimum wages is combination of Basic pay + VDA(Rate decided based on the Cost of living index for particular state) .
Basic wage can be equal or more than the minimum wages only.
Any company policy will follow the minimum wages for basic wage fixation.
