Instead of GPHR, you must strive to complete PHR first ..
GPHR has eligibility criteria where the HR professional must have experience in MNC, established and approved expereince in handling cross border HR issues.
Also any of this certifications (PHR, SPHR or GPHR ) are American HR practices and American Labor Law oriented, thus one must think over priorities before investing in this certification.
