just now i started consulting for better turnover engineering industry related with soft skills.where i meet a production manager.he is only 8 th std.pass.started as helper since from 25 years back.now he is lagging behind in performance as compared with his qualified colleagues,co officers.now he has started in indulging,wrong practices,pressure tactics on workers.as he is loyal management is little bit reluctant to take immediate harsh,strict action.that person may take undue disadvantage of situation.i have conveyed my opinions.will u pl guide if possible in handling such adamant persons.
