Please tell me, how important it is to do certification in HR. I am in HR with an IT company, thinking of adding value to my HR profile.
Please answer the following questions:
1) How important is it to do this?
2) Which certification is the best?
3) How differently do companies treat candidates with certification versus those without certification?
4) Does certification have any practical effects or is it just beneficial for resume writing?
Another thing I wanted to ask about is SAP HR. Where can I find all the information about it?
