As a new NGO that will be starting by Jan'12 and I will be hiring people on different positions. I have been able to put together their job descriptions(duties & responsibilities) so that as they are resuming ,they will be able to know what they are expected to do. But I do not have their education & experience, Key competencies & personal attributes which am suppose to add to their job descritions.
