Working On National Holiday - Need Advise

Dear all Seniors My quoestion is that: If we are run the factory on national holiday what is the procedure and what is the mode of payment and how much. Please advise me. Thanks santosh

dear mr santosh,
Your factory if is covered under the Factories Act, 1948, then you have to follow the Overtime provisions, wherein double the salary is to be paid in case the factory is run on a national holiday.
