Actually i got/reading this message 2 months ago on one social network that time i replied him/her ''In india only most of them using Scratch recharge cards compare to other countries but not yet no one affected by SILVER NITRO OXIDE he/she couldn't replied me''. I am also not sure about above mentioned topic that time but now i received/have a proof (see the attached picture).
Message warns people not to use fingernails to scratch off the coating on scratch tickets because the coating contains a substance called "Silver Nitro oxide" that can cause skin cancer.
