At the outset, you need to study your company's business objectives, assets, liabilities, turnover, profits generated last year and current financial year. Based on these facts, you can consider various benefits that can meet your company status.
Just because an employee is a DIRECTOR, it doesn't mean that, he can enjoy the LUXURY. Treat your employees well, across the hierarchy levels rather just treating DIRECTORS with RED CARPET. Its just my suggestion.
Can you share benefits availed by various grades(employees in hierarchy) in your company?

i think today is a electronic world and there is no need to direct a person to sit on their head. by mails,telephone,chat,video chat you can be in a contact to anyone.even my director is in out of india and he is directing us.

First of all you should know whether he is a wholetime Director (ie Working) and Directors benefits, Remunerations and perks are governed by the company law board regulations, you have to consult a full time company secretary, and benefits,perquisites, appointment should be done keeping in mind with the latest regulations as per companies Act of 1956.
