Hi seniors am working in garment manufacturing company its a garment park like tidel par. we are one of the concern in this park. yet the park's admin dept provides us pollution certificate. They commonly applied for both of the concerns who running under the park but now they informed to get pollution certificate individually from tamilnadu pollution control board. so please guide me how to apply to that and what will be the fee and how many days will take to get.....

You please meet the DEE of nearest Polution control board. They will guide you. They are having fees structure which is based on the Balance sheet of your company. You have to get the application and submit the same with the details of manufacturing process flow chart and other details. They will help you

From your post it appears that you are already having the pollution certificate for the previous year which , can be presumed, must have been provided by the Park’s Admn. Now it is a case of renewal only.
As suggested by Mr. alphone please meet the concerned authority and get clarification for is renewal.
The fee structures vary from state to state and may be year to year as would be decided by the State.
You have just to give a letter giving details of the previous certificate alongwith the draft of fee and submit to the concerned authority. The authority may visit to verify the details by spot inspection and after satisfaction will issue the certificate no one can say how much time it would take it will depend upon the satisfaction and fallow up with the authority by you. But once you submitted the application you will be safe until it has been rejected by the authority for any reason.
