Hi Shariff,
As I don't have any work in my office today and I just opened citehr.com and saw your question. Even I too don't know how to calculate timings in excel , but searched some formula-es in internet and tried my self and I was successful. To calculate- who leaves early and late login , first you find the difference between login(A column) and logout(B column). Just Subtract Logout(B column) time with login(A column) time. you will get the difference there. And easily can recognize there who is not staying around 9hrs per day.
But there is small problem there.
If logout(B column) time islessthen(<) login(A column) time then it's shows all #####, then use these this formula in excel
isequalto if(B<A,B+1,B)-A . Sure will u get the difference.
If you don't want to see AM/PM in those column , just right click and format cells, select h:mm:ss
if any have doubt get me again

Hi Shariff,
I have calculated some formula-es as per your questions in the attached excel sheet. Let me know if you have any doubts further and any questions regarding formula_es in the attached excels.
And if you have any errors in maintaining and calculating the timings , please share those login time and log out time. so that i can help you out more in detail.
And also say me how is the attachment , because I have prepared that document for you itself.
