In today's scenarios it has been seen that there are many irresponsible professionals who intend to earn money, without taking care of future growth of generation which is yet to step into this economic world.

Quality of training and focus towards specific carrier and its vision is not given in carrier orientation..... but the missing factors are

Quality training

Focus

Requirement

Productiveness

Resourcefulness

Need-base
these all factors are missing there its only a commercial activity just to attain focus and commercial charges.

old practiced old modules old strategies are being copied and sold but research and creativity in creating new modular course design to get trained on specified job profile is missing.

that's why I need Trainers first who could prove first their individuality and a product which cld enhance in quality development of candidate.

I am afraid how school & colleges allow such courses for their students which couldn't take responsibility to give them placement on the basis of their training.

What is the objective of writing this post is not understood. There are good and bad elements in every business. What you are that quality of your product or service will manifest. Therefore, why bother about others? Concentrate on your own business and move on leaving behind others.

You have written that "old practiced old modules old strategies are being copied and sold but research and creativity in creating new modular course design to get trained on specified job profile is missing". What is the meaning of old strategy? Can you please elucidate? Are you talking about training of the college students?

By the way gentleman, your concern behind creating change notwithstanding, your post has good number of grammatical mistakes. First you to fix your grammar and then talk to "zeal of social change. Trainer should be torch bearer of quality. Training is not standing on pedestal and delivering homilies. There is nothing wrong doing this also but at least that homily should be grammatically correct. Can there be any fair expectation than this?

I really appreciate to ur concern, and suggestion. Just to edify, I am taking care of my business. I have no intension to create illusions to show myself as a trainer that’s why I am hiring trainers.

Again I have no intentions to hit on your profile or profession it’s you ‘’The Trainer’s’’ who need to take care of this. Don’t take my sharp comments personally. It's a matter how you do your self-assessment.

Mr Dinesh V Divekar, I believe you must be an experienced in your domain and must be running your own show, but still I stand by my words that CHANGE IS REQUIRED & OLD SCHOOL OF THOUGHTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED. and that's how new inventions and techniques takes birth.

Lastly I am a businessman, I know what I have to achieve and who is my target audience. I hire people to get my things done, and I am not answerable to anybody..... and kindly don't care about my grammatical mistakes, but do take care of new inventions, as new inventions are sell-able & then buyers are right in front of you. I hope now you must have understood my objective of writing this post.

There is a conflict in your postings. I am just posting my views. Please pay attention.

We trainers do have various strategies, methodologies etc to deliver the subject adhering to TRAINING OBJECTIVES. Our major objective is "KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER or SHARING KNOWLEDGE". Ofcourse, you will find trainers who are highly commercialized, on the other hand, there are handful of trainers who are truly worried and purely concentrating on "HOW TO BRING DESIRED CHANGES(skills/competencies/talents) IN INDIVIDUALS(STUDENTS/EMPLOYEES), THAT CAN BENEFIT(LONG TERM) THEM".

What i had understood your goodself as a "BUSINESSMAN" but, not as a "TRAINER" as you are only worried about your BUSINESS ACTIVITIES. Please understand that "TRAINERS ARE NOT BUSINESSMEN/TRADESMEN" even though we run our own shows. Please don't compare us with others(trainers) as well.

By hiring trainers, are you expecting them to deliver as per your requirements? Is that going to happen? Please make a note that, there are many TRAINERS who are working INDEPENDENTLY without seeking support from CONSULTANTS. I wonder what does consultants know about KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER. How can they judge trainer's knowledge/skills/talent/ability/capability etc's. Very few are concerned about POST TRAINING - IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE, this will reflect "how effective/knowledgeable/skilled is a trainer."

A TRAINING MODULE cannot be compared with any MATERIALISTIC PRODUCT and as such we trainers don't have product(s) to sell. Its all about KNOWLEDGE, TIME TESTED & BEST PROVEN STRATEGIES/METHODOLOGIES/CONCEPTS, etc. Let it be students or employees, they all need specific WORK PLACE SKILLS(HARD & SOFT) aligning with ORGANISATION'S/BUSINESS OBJECTIVES. To my knowledge, NOTHING IS NEW OR INVENTED RECENTLY. Its all about "HOW WE PRESENT THE SAME OLD THING, WHILE BEING MORE CREATIVE", it is so called UPDATION.

To attract more students(promoting their educational institutions), without concentrating on INSTITUTION'S STANDARD's, FACULTY, INFRASTRUCTURE, RESEARCH, CURRICULUM, EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES(WORKSHOPS) etc., entreprenuers/businessmen(educational institutions) are just trying to fool their students by playing dirty trick "PLACEMENTS ORIENTED TRAINING". Its all about "EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS" correlated with MARKET DEMAND. How many educational institutions have succeeded in helping their students to meet market demands.

I am sure, you will be answerable when you fail to meet your target audience's expectations.

First of all please accept my sincere thanks for starting a brainstorming thread. Let it be Human Life or Training Period it must be crispy and with specific time limit. Then only the participants will not lose interest during the training period. The Training is not that making an assembly of a group of people and feel them drowsy due to boring lecture.

If the training is conducted, the participants should feel that it must be interesting and useful for their career. They must feel that that the training will improve their life style. First Hour must have Lecture, Second hour with Interactive session, then it should have a group discussion, after lunch there must be a fun filled training / subject related game and it should complete with summing up of what they have learnt in that session.

The participants should be selected as per the need basis and not as there is some vacant place in the training programme and it must be filled with somebody. The group of participants should be of same level in academics as well as in position they hold in their office. If the participants selection is in different level then one group will yawn in training hall, somebody will sleep or indulge in some other discussion with their like groups while few are listening the training being given in classroom.

May we know the nature of your business and what exactly are you seeking. For example, I am a retired academic that has conducted training sessions for students and researchers (including faculties) on Research Methodology and 'How to increase the chances of publishing papers successfully in scholarly journals', 'What is expected of students pursuing higher education', 'How to improve learning through creative assessment and teaching', etc.
I have done this freelance and, as a retired academic, my intention is not making money but covering my cost.

Dear S.Bhaskar & Dear Simhan thanks for your patronage approach and suggestion towards training and research work which you have been doing in your profession. It is very important to understand knowledge , desire, attitude, psychology, patience, body language and other personality trades of your trainees/students to whom a trainer needs to nurture. A lot of research is required to be done even if we have good number of experience and knowledge base. All views and support is appreciated.



We all are living in practical world and we understand ‘honesty & humbleness are friends, & needs NO explanations…., dishonesty & haughtiness is complimented by screaming to prove it’s worth’

I am a business man , with the intentions to invite a pool of INTELLECTUALS & THINKERS who could contribute their services, with their intentions to EARN and to NURTURE the society with their positive attributes.

Number of Students & people who needs to be trained are increasing day by day in their numbers, so as their requirements are also increasing, but their quality of education is decreasing much faster …… and I must say its not their fault.......!!!!

It’s a fault which start’s from few schools to few college/institutions/ educational bodies/ teachers/ faculties/ trainers and so on….. Lastly who suffers Students/trainees & Companies at the end… because again they need to spend money for specialized training.

I am looking for these specialized trainings, its structure, & their creators and I surely DON’T Need gobbledygook personalities………… sometime yes, for ‘criticism’ bkz they may correct me.

Specialized training's are LIVE & ACTIVE in my organisation as me and my team of trainers are taking care of the same. We are trying our best to deliver THE BEST OF THE BEST and at times we did beyond our LIMITS. I am sure many trainers are doing the same.

At times, KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER had been a MAMMOTH TASK but still, we made it very simple, yet interesting worth appreciable.

We had been studying employee PSYCHOLOGY, ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR, BODY LANGUAGE, LEARNING PATTERN/STYLE, ZEAL, THIRST FOR ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, THEIR ENERGY LEVELS, CONFIDENCE LEVELS, PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION STAGES, INTEREST, PASSION, CONCENTRATION LEVELS, LISTENING/INTERPRETING POWER, PATIENCE/STRESS LEVELS, ETHICS, TRAITS, INTROVERT/EXTROVERT NATURE, POSITIVE & NEGATIVE ENERGIES, BACKGROUND, LIFE STYLE and lot more.

For your information, everyone is still suffering that includes, STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES, COMPANIES/EMPLOYERS & TRAINERS because there are so many factors involved.

You as a businessman came up with an idea to do something productive, but many trainers are in ACTION for long time since, we had already been assigned major responsibilities to handle and deliver.

We cannot change this WORLD, but we have to LIVE with whatever we have. TIME WILL ONLY TEACH US MORE.

Don't take anything personal because everything is fair in PROFESSIONAL WORLD because its all about ACCEPTING CHALLENGES & OVERCOMING HURDLES.
