Shop & Establishment Act of these 3 States have following rules for Leave:
Uttar Pradesh : CL - 10 ; EL - 15 ; ML - 15
Bihar : CL - 12 ; EL - 15 ; ML - 12
Madhya Pradesh : CL - 14 ; EL - 30 ; ML - 00
CL - Casual Leave EL - Earned Leave ML - Medical Leave
Please advice what should be the leave policy of our Company?
