Dear All,
We wish to hire some fresh and experienced people in our company. Over next 1 year we will train them in our products. SOme of them will be sent abroad for training as well.
My question is, in India, can we
A. Make a legally binding agreement so that if we are training a person including foreign trips, he cannot leave the company for lets say a period of 3 years.
B. Make an agreement so that whenever they leave the company - they cannot solicit to hire our current employees, approach our customers, suppliers or more directly - and most importantly work with our competitors .... for atleast a period of, lets say, 3 years?
Please let me know your knowledge and experience abt this.
tks.
