I joined in a IT company as admin executive recently.
Can any body help me about the list of statutory and non statutory registers to be maintained by admin executives.

Dear advaita,
As name suggested that
1) Statutory (Ligale require to maintain) and
This is mandatory and if any company fails here,is's should be punished by state
Exp: PF Register.., Esic Register, Bonus and etc..,
2)Non Statutory (Not Mandatory but required for Company as practice and other useful information record purpose)
This are not mandatory register but it's also useful to gain information,past records etc,
so most of company were aware about it's importance,
Exp: Personal File,Security register etc..!
