could anybody help me in this assignemnt:
You are a line manager in your organisation, a vacancy of HR manager has come up in your department and you are required to carry out the resourcing activity for the role from producing the job describtion to interviewing the candidates and informing all delegates of the outcome. the interview should last no longer than 15 minutes. you sould:
1) Produce a job decribtion and person specification for the role.
2) select appropriate recruitment channels and write a brief or advertisement to attract taleted individuals.
2) in your group develop selection criteria undertake a short listing exercise from a minumu 3 candidates.
4) develop an intereview plan.
5) practice in a selection interview and the decision making process.
6) inform participants of the outcome giving one example of a letter to an appointee and a non appointee
7) identify the records that need to be retained.
