In your case if you want to transfer your PF accumulation amount from your previous pf code number to present pf code number then you have no need to take tension because PF transfer form will be filled by present employer, but you need to arrange the required information for your PF transfer in Form 13.
Submit that form to your previous RPFC and they will do the rest process.
